For such a small restaurant, Zatar prides itself in its generous, diverse and unique list of wines. The ever-changing wine list focuses on bottles that pair particularly well with Zatar’s cuisine. The list includes both Californian and Old World wines and features several lesser-known Mediterranean varietals. Zatar’s, co-owner, Kelly Majid, who selects all of the wines, believes that a great wine should compliment the food, not overwhelm it.
